The five committees that form the pro-Israel funding network (FEC data). Donors give to these; they and allied lobby groups fund the members in the first tab.
These 5 are only the donor-detailed slice. They are the committees with full itemized FEC donor files (built around the Democracy Engine data). The $204.8M figure covers a wider set of pro-Israel lobby groups tracked in the Members scorecard — presence-counted per member below, not donor-level. Note these groups are not one camp: AIPAC is hawkish while J Street is a liberal, pro-diplomacy lobby that often opposes AIPAC — so the total spans rival factions. A further $67.6M is independent-expenditure spend that never passes through any of these committees.

Democracy Engine LLC is a US campaign-payment processor (a "conduit"). By law a conduit must itemize every earmarked contribution with its destination — so it increases disclosure rather than hides it. The money it processed here flows overwhelmingly to mainstream Democratic committees; it is shown for completeness and traceability, not as pro-Israel-specific spending. Every row links to its FEC filing.

What this is

A transparency record of pro-Israel political money, in two directions: money flowing out to members of Congress (the scorecard), and money flowing in to the pro-Israel PACs (FEC donor data). They are separate datasets and do not reconcile against each other.

Researcher & source

This investigation was compiled by the independent researcher GenXGirl, who enumerated and archived the pro-Israel network's fundraising pages and assembled the money trail from public FEC filings and lobby-group disclosures. FEC-verified figures (added 2026-08-29)

These numbers are computed directly from FEC bulk data — committee-to-candidate contributions (pas2) and independent expenditures (Schedule E), cycles 2014–2026, over a curated set of 14 pro-Israel lobby committees. They are reproducible from primary source, unlike the hand-compiled scorecard totals above.
