Manufactured Consensus: public research package

CONTENTS
Tables in CSV and JSON, a source register, this README and SHA256SUMS.txt. The 15
original documents are separate downloads, unchanged, in the page's documents folder;

HOW THE CLOCK TOWER X TABLES WERE MADE
The filing is a scanned document with machine-read text. Its tables were rebuilt row by
row from the positions of the words on each page, then checked:
- Receipts: six rows, total $15,000,000.00, equal to the filing's subtotal.
- Disbursements: 62 rows, total $13,061,802.50, equal to the filing's total to the cent;
each of the ten purpose subtotals matches. Each date appears twice on its row (from-to)
and both readings agree on all 62 rows. Dates run in order.
- Log: 372 rows, 315 'Public: Websites' and 57 'Public/Internet', every row 'Combat
  Anti-Semitism', 20 October 2025 to 31 March 2026, dates in order.
Figures, names and dates are kept as filed, including the filing's own spelling
('Advertisment edits'). The 'Contact' and 'Method' labels are the filing's column names:
'Public: Websites' sits in Contact; the item's address sits in Method.

ADDRESSES IN THE LOG
Machine reading garbles some addresses (for example 'compassionpuIse.org', 'israe1',
'https:/1rumble.com'). url_as_read keeps the text exactly as read. url_filed is the same
address with those errors corrected, and url_check says what was done:
- 'live at the filed address': the address is in the site's own sitemap as filed.
- 'live, now at a different path': the same article (same slug) now sits under a category
folder; url_current gives the new address.
- 'live; OCR misreads corrected': the slug matched a single article on the same site once
machine-reading errors were corrected; every such match was also read by eye.
- 'address truncated in the filing, completed from the site': the filing cuts the address
off; it was completed from the only article on the site that begins that way.
- 'video resolves on platform' / 'after correcting OCR misread in the ID': checked with
YouTube's and Rumble's public oEmbed lookups; an ID was corrected only when exactly one
  variant of its easily confused characters (l, I, 1, O, 0) resolved.
- 'video does not resolve': removed, private, or misread beyond safe correction. Kept as filed.
All 315 website addresses were found on their sites. Websites were checked through their
sitemaps, not by requesting each article. Current addresses describe the sites at the time
this edition was prepared and may change.

WHAT THE OTHER RECORDS ARE
Ceilings are maximums, not confirmed spending. Orders are not payments. Contract values are
not receipts. ILS and USD are not converted. The ILS 1,656,762 Grey Content record is a
domestic campaign for Israeli viewers and is listed for completeness, not as foreign-facing.
The two Havas orders book $40,500,000 for April to December 2026 on top of the $15,000,000
received; whether it was paid will show in later filings.

AUTHENTICITY
Every original in the documents folder was compared with the copy on its official server (efile.fara.gov,
mr.gov.il, Open Knesset) and is byte-identical. The highlighting in two Israeli Ministry of
Foreign Affairs scans is in the published originals.

FROM THE RESEARCHERS' COLLECTION ONLY
The 521 replies from 153 accounts (one 15-post sample) come from the researchers' reply
collection, not from a public archive, and are labelled so on the page. The Moovers report
target and its 31 records were recomputed from an archived Moovers app response (Internet
Archive, 23 April 2024); see the source register.

WHAT IS LEFT OUT, AND WHY
Accounts that appear to belong to private individuals are not named, so the report lists
are given as counts with links to the archived originals. Organisations, firms, officials
and public figures are named.

INTEGRITY
SHA256SUMS.txt lists every file in this package. The website copy also lists the ZIP's own
hash. Compare hashes after downloading to check for changed bytes.
